Elk Steak Slices With Seasoned All-Purpose Dip

One of my most popular appetizers is cold elk steak or elk roast served with my Seasoned All-Purpose Dip.

Great as a party item, or as an introduction for any first-timer who just wants to give elk a try.



Ingredients

2 cups Peter's Seasoned All-Purpose Dip
up to 1 lb of thinly sliced, previously cooked and chilled, elk roast or steak
raw vegetables of choice

Method

Skewer the previoulsly cooked and sliced elk meat.
Serve with your choice of raw vegetables along side.
Present on a platter with a bowl of my chilled Seasoned All-Purpose Dip.
