Peter's Seasoned All-Purpose Dip

Serve this dip with thinly sliced cold elk steak or elk roast.

It's also really good as a raw vegetable dip!



Ingredients

1 cup Peter's Homemade Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Peter's Homemade Chili Sauce
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion (green, Vidalia, or Spanish)
1 tbsp horseradish (raw grated or prepared)
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup sour cream

Method

Put all the ingredients into a food processor.
Blend briefly to combine.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before using.

Will keep for days refrigerated.

Makes 2 cups.
